Where do I get my discount code and how do I use it ?
Discount codes are distributed to you –the employee- by your HR department, typically these codes are communicated by email or on your companies intranet alongside with a description of the services, if you don’t know your discount code contact your HR department or our customer service with your full details.
To use your Discount Code, please go to a Product Page and follow the next steps:
Step 1 : Click on the "Add to Cart"-button to add the product to your Shopping Cart
Step 2 : View your Shopping Cart in the page header and locate the discount code field.
Step 3 : Fill in your Discount Code and press the "Apply coupon"-button to activate the discount.
Step 4 : After activation of your Discount Code on the Shopping Cart, press the "Checkout"-button to view the Checkout page where you can confirm your order and make the online payment.

How do I change my order?
During ordering you can always make changes to your online shopping basket, after you confirm your order and pay the system will automatically release the software keys in an email and your purchase is final, but don’t worry, if you don’t activate your software keys you can return your purchase for a full refund within 14 days after delivery.

How do I cancel my order?
Once your order has been placed and paid the product code is directly sent to your emailbox. If you want to cancel your order you can return the code without penalty and without giving any reason within 14 days. This right of withdrawal ends if you have activated the software before the end of the 14 day cooling-off period.
Within 14 days after reception of your returned order or your indication that you wish to forgo the agreement, we will pay you back the full purchase price, by the same means of payment which you utilised for the purchase.
Refunds can take up to 3 days.

How is my order confirmed?
Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email sent to the email address you entered when you placed your order. Keep this email and your order number in case you have any questions or remarks regarding your order.
If you have created an account on our system the delivery will be present in your historical orders, logon to your account to consult this information.
No physical shipments are involved in the delivery of your product, our products are download only.

I have not received a confirmation email
If an order number is displayed on your screen, that is an indication that your order has been submitted. The confirmation email may be in your 'spam' rather than in your inbox.
If you have created an account on our system the delivery will be present in your historical orders, logon to your account to consult this information.
If you didn’t receive an order number please contact our customer service to find the status of your order. You must provide the e-mail address you entered when ordering and en estimated purchase date and time so we can find your order.
