Paying via the internet?

Online payment via our website is safe! Payments in our online shop are carried out via the secure system of Stripe. Your payment details are not stored in our database. All the information necessary for payment is sent encoded via an SSL tunnel (http://).

CREDIT CARD

Home-Use.com offers various credit card options, such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express, among others. The payment is only debited when the item is delivered. Your credit card details are always sent securely via an SSL-secured server. So payment via credit card is absolutely safe. You must always enter your card number, expiry date and CVV number.

PAYPAL

PayPal is a worldwide online payment service. If you choose PayPal payment you must have a PayPal Account. You then just enter your e-mail address and password and you can proceed to pay. PayPal stores your credit card number, PIN codes or other details. So you no longer need to have your credit card details on hand.

Payment failed or declined?

CREDIT CARD

If when paying you are notified that your credit card has been declined, check whether there is sufficient credit on your card. If the card is declined, the reserved amount will be refunded. Afterward you can place an order again. This time try paying with Bancontact/Mr. Cash or Maestro.

Invoices?

After purchasing, you receive an order confirmation by e-mail. In this order confirmation you will find an order overview. This order overview is also a valid invoice and can be used in your accounting.

The prices on the invoice always include VAT.
